Summerhouse

To generate early momentum and drive interest for Summerhouse—a new collection of 29 premium condominiums, townhomes, and penthouses set to break ground in 2025—Pursuit Marketing led the pre-launch strategy beginning in late fall 2024.

Our team provided end-to-end support, including creative direction for all advertising assets, strategic media planning, landing page consultation, and copywriting. Over a six-month campaign window, we launched targeted Meta campaigns designed to drive qualified traffic and build a high-intent lead list ahead of sales.

From November to March, we ran Meta campaigns to drive traffic to their landing page. The ads generated 369,000 impressions, 5,469 link clicks to the landing page, and 450 new sign ups with an average cost per sign up of just $12. These efforts helped position Summerhouse for a successful opening of their project gallery and a qualified list of potential home buyers.
